Great Product - Horrible Communication with ProviderThis is the 2nd chair we have purchased. We left the country and specifically gave another contact name and phone number for all communication regarding the delivery of the chair. This person was NEVER contacted until he initiated a call. Emails were sent to our home which we were not in and in a place out of the country not allowing us to check our emails THUS the reason for providing another source of contact. When we purchased this chair it was listed as IN STOCK with 5 to 7 day delivery - we received this chair 7 WEEKS later!!! John G.
